We treat a large number of horses with complicated head pathologies such as broken and/or infected teeth, sinusitis, ethmoid hematomas, sinus cysts, congenital ectopic teeth, cancer, wounds and fractures. An accurate diagnosis is very important before the surgery. In some cases a standing CT is performed prior to the surgery to obtain a detailed 3D view about the head.
